MSP-specific executive AI training focuses on margin expansion and service transformation
JERSEY CITY, N.J. - July 24, 2026 - IT By Design will deliver its Executive AI Leadership Accelerator programming as part of Build IT LIVE 2026 this August, expanding an MSP AI training program built specifically for managed service providers. Designed for MSP owners, CEOs and leadership teams, the Accelerator centers on translating AI into measurable business outcomes - margin improvement, valuation growth and service delivery redesign - rather than broad AI literacy.
The program addresses a notable gap in the executive AI training market. While most available courses focus on explaining what AI is, the Accelerator concentrates on how MSPs operationalize it. Topics include automation and AI agents, governance, go-to-market strategy, and the operational redesign required to package AI as a client-facing service. The format is live and cohort-based, incorporating hands-on workshops and implementation frameworks that participants apply directly to their own businesses.
