Located in downtown Frederick, the Parent Resource Center serves as a hub for parents of children who are neurodivergent learners, connecting families with trusted community partners, resources, events and support. LINKZ, which previously served Frederick County families from outside the county, saw growing demand from local parents who were making the trip for its services.
