Meet Our New Attorneys

Rachel Cipolat, Esq. brings more than 15 years of legal experience to the firm. Her background includes civil litigation, mental health law, guardianships, family law, estate matters, and appellate work. Rachel has extensive courtroom experience, including conducting trials and hearings, examining witnesses, and developing legal strategies for complex matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Charleston, where she studied athletic administration and accounting.

Julia McQuade, Esq. brings experience handling complex litigation, including personal injury, catastrophic loss, professional liability, construction, and transportation cases. A graduate cum laude of Quinnipiac University School of Law, Julia has experience managing cases throughout the litigation process, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and representing clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science, with a minor in English, from Saint Joseph's University.

Kelsey Weber, Esq. brings valuable legal experience and a strong litigation background to the Halpern Law Firm. Her professional experience includes working on complex legal matters, conducting legal research, preparing case materials, and supporting litigation strategy. Through her work in the legal field, she has developed skills in analyzing complex issues, managing case details, and advocating for clients. Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was a Dean's List student, a three-year merit scholarship recipient, Vice President of the Women's Law Society, and a Marshall-Brennan Fellow.
